DRUCKVERFAHREN IXC Solutions bietet zahlreiche Veredlungsver-fahren über das komplette Portfolio unserer Schreibgeräte an, dank unserer vielfältigen technischen Möglichkeiten in unseren Anlagen. Für die Advertising Sparte ist besonders die grosse Druckfläche bei den meisten Produkten hervorzuheben; wir verwenden dafür 360° Siebdruck und Offsetdruck, die hervorragende Foto Qualität umset-zen, ausserdem Tampondruck bei unebenen Oberflächen. Weitere Optionen sind Digitaldruck oder Photoclip Druck, die zuverlässig das gewünschte Design in Foto Auflösung abbilden. Um bewegte Bil-der zu simulieren bietet sich der Lenticular Druck an, dabei werden bis zu drei Bilder in einem realisiert, die sich verändern bei Bewegung des Schreibgeräts.Zum Abschluss empfehlen wir Ihnen noch den 3D-Effekt, dabei wird Ihr Logo oder Slogan reliefartig umgesetzt, ver-bunden mit einer angenehmen Haptik durch Verwendung von Hartz oder einer transparenten Schicht auf dem Siebdruck.

Für die Promotional und Public Relation Produkte sind ebenfalls 360° Siebdruck, Tampondruck und 3D-Effekt realisierbar, ähnlich wie bei den Kunststoff Komponenten. Um ein Produkt noch weiter aufzuwerten ist unsere Lack-Versiegelung eine weitere interessante Veredlungsmethode, besonders mit Soft-Touch Option. Bei sehr hochwertigen Artikeln empfehlen wir eine dezente aber effektive Lasergarvur oder Doming auf dem Kappenkopf.

TECHNIQUES D’IMPRESSION. IXC Solutions offre un haut degré de personnalisation dans la gamme d’instruments d’écriture grâce aux nombreuses techniques de marquage que nous avons dans nos installations. Dans la gamme Advertising, la majorité des produits ont une grande surface de marquage, ce qui nous donne un grand avan-tage grâce à la sérigraphie 360º et le film offset, qui nous permettent d’atteindre une haute qualité d’image, et aussi la tampographie, pour des surfaces qui ne sont pas planes. Un autre avantage parmi les différentes techniques est l’impression digitale ou photoclip, qui reproduit fidèlement les photos sur les clips. Pour obtenir un effet de mouvement, nous avons la technologie lenticulaire, qui permet jusqu’à 3 images qui feront un petit film avec le mouvement du stylo. Et, finale-ment, l’effet 3D, qui mettra en valeur votre logo ou un slogan ainsi qu’une sensation agréable au toucher à travers d’une goutte de résine ou bien une couche transparente sur la sérigraphie .

Pour les gammes Promotional et Public Relations, nous offrons éga-lement la sérigraphie 360º, la tampographie et l’effect 3D, applicables sur les composants plastiques. La finition laquée de pièces métal-liques est aussi une ressource intéressante qui donnera une grande valeur, surtout avec finition soft touch. Et pour personnaliser les pièces haut de gamme, nous vous recommandons un discret laser ou une goutte de résine à la couronne.

PRINTING SYSTEMS. IXC Solutions offers you a high level of customi-zation throughout the whole portfolio of writing instruments, thanks to the numerous techniques available in our facilities. For the Advertising range we highlight the large print areas on the products, spaces that we maximize through the 360º silk-screen and offset film printing de-livering an excellent image quality, and also the pad-printing, for non-flat surfaces. Another key system is the digital print or “photoclip”, which faithfully reproduces the image with a photographic resolution. To achieve a movement effect we offer the lenticular system, that al-lows up to 3 pictures that will create a small film with the movement of the ballpen. Finally, the 3D effect, that will provide relief to your logo or slogan as well as a pleasant touch sensation through a drop of resin, a transparent layer on the silk-screen print.

For the Promotional and Public Relations range, the 360º silk-screen, the pad-printing and the 3D effect are also feasible to apply on the plastic components. The lacquer finish for the metal parts is another interesting technology that will bring added-value to the product, espe-cially in conjunction with soft touch. And regarding the customization of the high-end articles, we recommend a discreet but effective laser or drop of resin on the dome.

TÉCNICAS DE IMPRESIÓN. IXC Solutions te ofrece un alto grado de personalización en toda la gama de artículos de escritura gracias a las numerosas técnicas de marcaje con las que contamos en nuestras instalaciones. En la gama Advertising destacamos las amplias áreas de marcaje que tienen la mayoría de los productos, a las que sacamos el máximo partido gracias a la serigrafía a 360º y el film offset, que nos permiten alcanzar una alta calidad de imagen, así como la tam-pografía, para superficies no planas. Otra de las técnicas estrella es la impresión digital o “photoclip”, que reproduce fielmente los diseños, con resolución fotográfica. Para conseguir un efecto de movimiento contamos con la tecnología lenticular, que permite hasta 3 imágenes que conformarán una pequeña película con el movimiento del bolígra-fo. Y por último, el efecto 3D, que dará relieve a tu logotipo o slogan así como una sensación agradable al tacto mediante gota de resina o una capa transparente sobre la serigrafía.

Para las gamas Promotional y Public Relations, ofrecemos también la serigrafía a 360º y la tampografía, aplicable sobre los componentes plásticos, y el efecto 3D. El lacado de las piezas metálicas es también un interesante recurso que aportará un gran valor añadido, especial-mente con acabado soft touch. Y para personalizar las piezas de alta gama, recomendamos un discreto láser o gota de resina en la corona.

Our IN-IN ballpen refills, whose name responds to the abbreviation of INOXCROM INTERNACIONAL, offer an excellent quality of writing that can be easily appreciated through the aspects such as: the ink flow, the fluidity, the resistance of the tip, durability and, definitely, through the smooth writing.

However, we have gone one step further. We have taken our refills to a new world of creativity, design and colour; beyond the pure functionali-ty. We have achieved with our “CUSTOM REFILLS”, which we custom-ize for you.
