Underframe• Galvanised steel channels 3mm x 75mm main runners, secured to chassis by manufacturers approved brackets. • Galvanised steel 3mm cross-bearers at approx 610mm centres.

Floor• Buffalo 15mm birch plywood with phenolic faced overlay, single piece floor.

Cappings, Corner Pillars, Side Raves and Cant Rails• All extrusions are White pre coloured plastic pulltrusion’s utilising glue technology radiused cant rails, all joints bonded and sealed.

Body Sidewalls and Front Bulkhead• Front bulkhead and sidewalls 11mm GRP Ply panels white impregnated to match the chassis cab colour

Rear Frame• Anodised aluminium rear frame.• Sloping rear floor plate designed to prevent water ingress.• Black plastic grab handles fitted to each rear pillar (Not fitted with tailift option).• Black rubber buffers fitted to rear crossbearer (Not fitted with tailift option).• Single stirrup step fitted to rear crossbearer on nearside

Rear Closure• Rear aperture closed by narrow lath aluminium roller shutter fitted with hasp & staple to accept padlock.• Shutter to be pre-coated white to match body panels, interior factory finish.

Roof• One piece translucent GRP panel bonded to galvanised steel roof sticks (600mm centres). • Roof has a degree of radius for drainage.

Wings• Black “Thermoplastic” spats to rear, spray suppression fitted.• Black rubber mudflaps incorporating Alloy Bodies Logo.

Load Securing• 2 off galvanised steel corrugated tie rails to sides only.• 3 x pairs of semi recessed load lashing rings equally spaced in floor at sides and bolted through closest available crossbearer.

Lighting Electrical• All lighting to conform to current EU/C&U regulations• Side LED outline marker light to be protected by loop wiring. • Number plate bracket positioned under nearside combination light.• One off interior light to be mounted on recessed aluminium plate mounted between roof sticks and wired to illuminated dash mounted switch.• All cables securely fastened with cable ties and shrouded in conduit where required.
