NON-COMPLIANCE FEE WARNING:

YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE L.A.M.C. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CORRECT THE VIOLATIONS) AND CONTACT THE INSPECTOR LISTED BELOW TO ARRANGE FOR A COMPLIANCE INSPECTION BEFORE THE NON-COMPLIANCE FEE IS IMPOSED.
