About ITU Center of Excellence Network
ITU Regional Development Forum for Arab Region, Beirut, Lebanon, 19 March 2019
ITU Arab CoEs Network (2015-2018)
The ITU Arab CoEs Network composed of
6 selected CoEs and was worked to
deliver capacity building activities in 6
different Arab Region priority areas
(Broadband Network, Spectrum
Management, C & I and ICTs apps and
services and Policy and Regulation).
Each CoE was responsible for taking care
of one major priority area.
On average, 10 courses were run per
year and about 15 participants were
trained per training program resulted in
enhanced skills of more than 600
participants from the Arab region.
