Organized Sessions, Workshopand TutorialsThe goal of organized session is to provide focuseddiscussions on a new topic or innovative applicationsof a new approach. Each session consists of 6 papers,which will be reviewed via the normal review process.Both regular and position papers can be included in asession. For session proposals, it is recommended toinclude a brief statement of the session focus,together with the submission of the individual papers.We also encourage proposals for workshops ortutorials that address technical topics with highlyanticipated level of interest, impact, and creativity.

Paper SubmissionThe SICE Annual Conference 2020 accepts two types ofsubmissions for review:

Regular paper: Full papers (6 pages in conferenceformat) must be submitted for review, The accepted paperswill be included in the IEEE xplore Digital Library.Normal length for the final manuscript of the regular paperis 6 pages. Paper exceeding 6 pages may be submitted uponpayment of overlength page charges, A maximum of 2 extrapages above 5 paqes are permitted.

Position paper: Extended abstracts (2-4 pages inconference format) must be submitted for review. Thiscategory is provided for authors who want to present atimely review of research, a case study, and so on. Thistype of papers wlll NOT be included in the IEEE XploreDigital Library.

Both types of papers should be written in English, and wlllbe included in the conference proceedings. The detailedsubmlssion pollcy is found on the conference web page.
