Master and Child Organization - You can defne an item in the master organization and assign it to a

number o child org. Master org. maintains the item defnition only where as Child org stores the item

Oracle recommends not to defne multiple master organization.

Assignment between master to child org & copy rom master to child. but not in case o master to

master org.

Common attribute control at the Master org. whereas remaining attributes would control at the child
