GUARANTEED GUEST ATTENDANCEAttendance Guarantees are due by 10 business days prior to the wedding, guarantees are not subject to reduction. MENU PRICING Gold and Platinum Wedding packages are bundled and priced based on a minimum of 100 guests. Our Royal Wedding Package is bundled and priced on a minimum of 150 guests. We would be delighted to customize a wedding package for events with less than the minimum guest count required. MINIMUM REVENUE REQUIREMENT Food & Beverage Minimum revenue requirements will apply to your event based on the amount of function space your event requires. Please inquire directly. EVENT HOURS Wedding events are scheduled for five hours, one hour for cocktails and four hours for dinner and dancing. If you choose to extend your wedding past the traditional five hours, then an additional $400 fee will apply. If you choose to retain your bartender for this additional hour, then an additional $95 per bartender will apply; beverage consumption additional. ON SITE CEREMONY FEEWe would be delighted to host your wedding ceremony at the hotel; a rental fee of $750 will apply. Outside Ceremonies in our Front Garden or on held on our Pool Terrace with partial seating include white garden folding chairs, $1,000 Ceremony Fee includes one hour for on-site Ceremony Rehearsal. PARKING Complimentary open air parking on-site for guests included in the wedding package. GUEST ROOMSWe would be happy to arrange for a block of rooms for your wedding guests. Rooms may be reserved and monitored through your personalized secure web site. We are delighted to provide a complimentary suite for the bride and groom for the evening of the wedding.
