Italian Food Is said to be the “Food Capital of the World” The features which best describes the food
in Italy is the quality and simplicity. A few ingredients that make the food great is
tomatoes, oil, bread, wine, and mozzarella. Healthiness is what makes Italian food so
popular all over the world. Olive oil is used much more than butter and cream.
Italian Food Bruschetta is a classical traditional
food and it is just bread seasoned with garlic, oil, and tomatoes.
Caprese salad is made from buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil that is seasoned with salt and olive oil.

Place Most of Italy is mountain and very hilly
with only a few areas with flat land. The Apennine Mountains forms the
backbone of the peninsula of Italy. The Alps mountains form its northern
boundary.

summers and cold winters. In the Southern part of Italy the
winters are mild and the summers are long and dry.
