- Compact consortium: 2-5 partners
- Less fragmentation: ≥ 0.5 FTE per person per Task

Working Groups
Goal: Gather expression of interest by Italian partners and
stakeholders in relation to the forthcoming Call for Activities
Liaison with Action Line Leaders to be carried out by BDA
team
Important:
- New topics should be proposed in the context of the SIA
- Keep into account portfolio of running activities, including
HIIs
- Good proposals should rely on solid Carriers
- Identification and involvement of business champions is key
- Ultimate goal is to ensure that the prospective Activity results
can reach the market
