GEMELS Srl was founded in 1969 as a Company specialized in thedesigning and mmanufacturing of ball valves from 1/4" up to 24".A worldwide leader in industrial & hydraulic field, GGEMELS since2010 started to focalize and to invest more and more also inOIL&GAS field. In the middle of North Italy, GGEMELS is located in TrescoreBalneario, Bergamo, less than 50 km from Milan, with an area ofmore than 10.000 mq.

ProductionThe production area, where GGEMELS produce more than50.000 ball valves per month, consists of more than 40 machi-nes including automatic numerical controlled machines andsemi-automatic ones, among which CNC, lathes, transfers,boring machines, machining centers etc. These technologiesand the high qualified personnel help GGEMELS to achieve thequality standards and excellence, obtaining the required techni-cal characteristics and being trustworthy in the field.

After the internal assembly, all valves are100% tested using specific test-benches.Hydraulic & pneumatic tests are performedin-house up to 24”.

Assembly & Test Area

To grant fast deliveries to the customers,GEMELS have a warehouse of 2000 mqwith spare parts, components and completevalves ready for shipment.

Stock

In the internal quality laboratory, GGEMELS qualified personneltests the life of the valves simulating special applications andcritical conditions. Thanks to salt spray test machine, impulsetest machine, climatic room, burst test machine, bench for cracksdetection, Mitutoyo machine and other instrumentation(microscope, hardness gauge etc.) GGEMELS constantly ensures tothe customers the highest quality.
