To celebrate the Polish Constitution Day, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore will present a reception dinner with joint Guest-Of-Honours – Mr. Sam Tan, Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office, and Mr. Jacek Bogucki, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Agriculture of Poland. A curated menu of Polish delicacies will be prepared and served by an award-winning Chef ensemble.

SHIOK chefs will prepare special demonstration of Polish delights for the local media. Polish herring tartar with sides, beef roulade with mushroom and herbs, potato dumplings “Kopytka” and brussels sprout with bacon will be prepared and served for this occasion.
