E-Procurement overview

The E-Procurement solution introduces an straight forward approach solving the ordering of office supplies.

After the demand is checked in, an approval procedure is triggered, that gives the manager the possibility to approve or reject the various demands.

After the approval, the items will be sent to the purchasing department, where it will be ordered at the various vendors. After this, it will be delivered to the appropriate location.
