• There is only one correct answer per question

• You may use your training manual as a reference to help you during your exam

• You have 2 hours to complete the exam

• You need at least a 50% passing score

• WDATCP will issue you a certification card

• Certification is valid for 5 years

• You should get your card within 2 weeks of taking your exam. If not, call WDATCP at (608) 224-4548

If you fail an exam . . .• WDATCP will

inform you that you’ll need to retake the exam before certification can be granted
