IT Statutory and Regulatory Reporting
Registration
Go to https://nformer.ok.gov.Enter your email address. After typing in your email, you will be directed to one of two login options.
Option 1: If you see this login screen, enter your state account email and password.
Option 2: If you see this login screen, please sign up as a first time user.
Complete the fields and click Register.
For option 2, you will receive a “Check Your Email” message.
When you go to your email, you should see a message from [email protected] to confirm your account. (NOTE: If you do not receive an email, check your Spam or Clutter folders.)
Use the link provided in the email to log in to the nFormer application.
When you are logged in, you will be on the available forms tab and should see the IT statutory and regulatory reporting form.
Click on the IT Statutory and Regulatory Reporting link to open the form.
