The exhaust manifold utilizes a seal ring at each slip joint. A seal installation tool is required to install this seal onto the manifold without causing damage to the seal or manifold.

The EGR valve mounting bracket passes exhaust gas to the EGR valve using an EGR connection tube. This connection tube uses a seal ring similar to the exhaust manifold. A seal installation tool is required to install this seal onto the connection tube without causing damage to the seal or tube.

Aftertreatment Adapter Fitting (Thermister)

This is an adapter which threads into the exhaust temperature ports of the aftertreatment system. This tool is used to connect a shop-supplied multimeter or hydrometer to the aftertreatment system in order to measure exhaust pressure.

This is used to operate the aftertreatment injector off the engine in order to verify injector performance.
