1. Internet brings more harm than good to the employees. Most of the department/agency/office nowadays has a 24-hours internet connection. It serves as a backbone to the operation of every office. However, does it really brings a positive impact to every employees which known to be a public servants. Let’s not forget how the internet is changing the way we think.

2. The institutionalization of the Bangsamoro Basic law had stirred-up both the negotiators/leaders and the current ARMM employees for the so long waited ARMM Reforms and for the possible layoffs respectively. It remains a puzzle for the ARMM employees of what would be the plan of the leaders/prime ministers of the Bangsamoro Entity for the current government employees of the ARMM.
