FINANCIAL MANAGER based in Mozambique – urgent position!
Our client who are a specialized export trading company with the head office in South Africa and corre-sponding offices in Mozambique and Angola are looking for a Financial Manager to join their team!
Full financial management responsibility over the Finance Department:
Department comprises of 6 staff members –
Accountant
Two cash book Clerks
One Admin Clerk
Two Auditors Clerks
The financial function includes the following responsibilities:-
• Forex knowledge, Management of cash movement, cash books (multi-currency), petty cash etc. • Accounts payable • Accounts receivable • General Ledger input and monthly reconciliations • Company monthly statutory returns • Monthly Management reporting and ad hoc reports at Executive Level • Budgetary process • Inter-Company reconciliations and settlement • Year-end audit and preparation of A.F.S.’s • Stock management – Mozambique • Manage Audit Function and analysis company risk areas • Manage duties paid and relationship with Mozambique Customs Ad Hoc management projects Requirements for the position:
• Accounting degree/diploma (e.g. Bcom/ C.I.S.) • Fluent in Portuguese a must • 3 years experience in a similar position • Good computer literacy (a knowledge of Navision Financials or other ERP system and experience in POS system) • Between the ages of 25 -35 Import / Export an advantage Remuneration:

Our client who are a specialized export trading company with the head office in South Africa and corresponding offices in Mozambique and Angola are looking for an Internal Auditor to join their team!
Requirements for this position:Diploma or degree in internal auditing or equivalent preferable but not essential provided that candidate has sufficient work experience.
Working Knowledge of Portuguese is ESSENTIAL At least 1-2 years experience in a similar position Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) The ability to produce written and verbal communication that is clear, fluent and concise The ability to work independently, Ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
Execution of the annual Internal Audit Program Execute both operational and compliance audits using the risk based approach both in South Africa and Mozam-
bique Execute special audits and investigations as requested by Top senior Management Production of accurate, relevant and well referenced working papers to support all audit findings Production of timeous, accurate and relevant reports Discussion of key findings / risks with the Auditee, Risk Manager and Top senior Management
Other aspects of this role include: Must be in possession of a valid South African drivers license, Position will require regular travel within South Africa and Mozambique

THIRD VACANCY : GRAPHIC DESIGNER required in Mozambique
Our client who are a specialized export trading company with the head office in South Africa and corresponding offices in Mozambique and Angola are looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team!
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
• Developing all artwork for pricelists, catalogues, internal notices, logos, stickers, business cards, promotional pamphlets, product / service flyers, branch / warehouse signage, trailer and truck signage • Access best location for erecting of all signage at branches and distribution outlets • Liaising with printers, sign writers and internal departments for quotations, orders, production, renewal, timing and distri-bution of completed advertising media • Taking photos of new/existing products and digitally enhancing them for pricelist, catalogues and flyers • Adjusting and cleaning up of all images used for all advertising media • Acquire all footage of events, scenes and promotions for insertion into DVD presentations • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts Competencies needed:
Accuracy ‐ Self-discipline - Innovation - Creativity Time-management and the ability to cope with several projects at a time Good communication skills - Teamwork Requirements:
• Matric or higher qualification - Graphic design diploma (or substantial progress) • Good working knowledge of Photoshop and/or Corel draw and a video editing package (preferably Adobe Premiere Pro) • 2 – 3 years applicable experience - Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken essential) • Valid driver’s license - Valid passport Willing to travel to branches / distribution outlets
