Howdy All,
It’s been a busy, busy spring. Lots of
progress!
We are all looking forward the the many
activities that are planned in the upcoming
season. It’s going to be an action packed
season with a lot of great things coming up!
I hope you all have noticed the many
improvements that are taking place on the
Ranch. From an amazing Bathhouse 8
remodel, a huge electrical project, thousands
and thousands of feet of fence replacement and
everything inbetween. We have an amazing
staff on hand and we had an amazing winter
team! We wish those well that have moved on
and look forward to those who will be
returning this fall!
Our summer staff has began to roll in. You
will see some familiar faces along with some
new ones. Please give them all a warm R-
Ranch welcome. There is lots more planned
from another bathhouse remodel, modular
home, water tank, and the typical daily
routine.
We are looking to a summer filled with fun
and progress. Please reach out to me if you
need anything via email or through the office
phone line.
If you see something on the Ranch that needs
attention, please remember to fill out a work
order.
Until Next Time,
Brad A. Miracle

EXPRESS CHECK IN IS BACK!
We will be sending out reminders for Express Check-In for Memorial Weekend as early as next week. If you
plan to be here for the holiday, please take a moment to fill out the form, pay for guests, and provide all
necessary information.
You can access the form at store.r-ranch.net, under
forms. This process allows you to bypass the office, stay in your car, and access the property much fast
than a stop in the office.
We will prioritize check-in for those whom have properly submitted their Express forms. Members
participating in Express Check in will be entered into a raffle for free guest passes!
The Link for the Express Checkin is Here
Howdy Partners!
We now have an ipad setup in the office to reduce our paper waste with regard to hold harmless forms. You may
have your guests fill these out upon arrival, or they can visit store.r-ranch.net, under forms, to submit online at
any time prior to arrival! Please utilize this feature to help reduce office wait times upon check-in.
Cabin cleaning kits will be available in the office beginning May 1st, possibly sooner. These kits are created for
the A Cabins and Dog Cabins. Upon check-in, members will receive the kit for the corresponding cabin. Upon
departure, please return the kit to the office. We hope this makes it more convenient for you to clean your cabin
and avoid penalties of a dirty cabin.
At the time of this newsletter, our efforts with the Real Estate Attorney have proven quite fruitful. We have
collected over $42,000.00, have $29,000.00 being paid via automatic repayment plans, and are currently working
through our second round of delinquent accounts. These collections are in addition to the in-house progress by
our own dedicated, determined staff!
Please thank a board member for approving this process and helping us reduce our outstanding balances by
leaps and bounds this year.

This is Adam at the Barn. Just a reminder for your safety and the safety of others, please stay behind the tie rail at the Barn. Only Wranglers and current Trail Card holders should be in front of the rail mixed in with the horses. It is okay to stand in front of the rail and visit with the horses, as this is where we want you to be while we are loading trail rides. At this time, Trail maintenance is under way so certain areas will be closed for Stables lead trail rides. We are only able to offer 14 horses per scheduled ride, Arena rides will be available only if a wrangler or qualified volunteer (Trail Card Holder), is present. We will be vaccinating and de-worming the community heard on April 1st, this means there will be no afternoon rides that day. We are looking forward to our Horse Camping trip at Crystal Lake on April 19th. If you will be participating in this adventure please remember personal camping gear will be hauled to Crystal Lake. All gear should be taken to the North Barn by 12:00 P.M. The plan is to leave the North Barn by horseback at 3:00 P.M. and return the following morning by 10:00 A.M.
