The Minister of Construction and Housing and Public

Municipalities Dr. Ann Nafi Aussi Sponsored the Annual

Celebration for the Arabian Housing Day and the world Habitat

Day.

The Minister said, although Iraq have succeeded in hosting the national housing plan for

the years 2013-2014 but it wasn’t successful because of ISIS attacks resulting in

displacing thousands of civilians and causing the random housing. H.e explained that the

Ministry started this pattern because it’s specialized in in Housing and permanent urban

growth with implementing the Governmental program for managing multiple crises in

order to reconstruct, lifting rubble and rebuilding ruined cities before the return of the

displaced citizens

In the presence of the Minister of Construction and Housing and

Public Municipalities Dr. Ann Nafi Aussi and the UN program

manager for the human habitant Dr. Erfan Ali with the deputy

Engineer istabraq Alshok, the Ministry held an annual celebration for

the housing day. The Minister presented her speech & welcomed the

audience, she emphasized on the importance of this celebration this

year because it synchronized with preparation of holding the UN

conference for housing in Kyoto Colorado on the 27th of October.

committee in the Cabinet Mr. Hameed Alanbari and the

according to the global specification through transforming to electronic

management included in the human resources, archiving, leaves and others, plus

the fluidity of procedures within repairing the government which will open a new

aspects to the better, assuring on the leadership of the Ministry in taking care of

forming a special department in implementing these policies considering there is an

evaluation for each Ministry in the government. The head of the Information

System Center the Engineer Majeed Hameed Jasim said, the national policy of

security and sharing information and protecting communications it’s sharinginformation and protecting communications which is the responsibility of

leadership and chain of command in the institutes, it requires implementing of what

came in the national policy in the field of securing and sharing information and

protecting communication and following it up to implement it and applying it for

all users in property of the government in the information system and

communication from the Ministries and government and non-government institutes

which include using the Iraqi atmosphere of the lands with the necessity of the

institutes commitments included in this policy in using licensed applications and

the commitment and emphasizing on the permits and updating them from the

source.

Alnahrain Center for Strategic Studying held a preparatory discussion

seminar for the second national conference of GIS which should be held

on the 2016/12/5-6.
