______________________________________________________________________________ABSTRACT

An Awareness is a conceptual understanding based upon an applicable knowledge of global and cultural perspectives. The understanding of concepts that impact the world encompasses, but is not limited to, environmental, social, cultural, political, and economic relations. An awareness involves a recognition and appreciation of the size, complexity, and diversity of the earth conceived as a single entity. Most of the arts and crafts are unique and confined to India only. Even if similar arts and crafts exist in other countries also they are not quite similar by appearance or technique of manufacturing. Even in India also regional variations differ for the same art. For instance, the art of sculpturing on stone is found everywhere all over the world, but the sculpture sculpted at Rome looks quite different from that of the Indian one. The objectives of the study were to find the difference between the mean scores an awareness of art and craft among B.Ed. trainees in their awareness on the basis of gender, habitation, marital status, degree, medium and board. The investigator used survey method. The sample constituted of 200 B.Ed. trainees in Jharkhand state. The self constructed and validated questionnaire for an awareness of art and craft among B.Ed. trainees was used and the data was analyzed by arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t- test. The findings of the study show that there was a significant difference between the mean scores of B.Ed. trainees in their awareness of arts and crafts on the basis of their medium of studies.

______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

This paper investigates the major points of budget revenues in inter-budgetary relations while learning methods of their forecasting. Moreover, the way of procedures on financial parts of budgetary is analyzed both theoretically and practically. Finally, outcomes of research paper are concluded and major feedbacks according to shortcomings were stated to make further investigations in the mentioned issue. National budget funds are redistributed among budgets of different levels by assigning subventions and subsidies to lower-level budgets, granting budgetary loans, and channeling budgetary funds to the higher or lower-level budget through mutual settlement schemes created during budget implementation. However, no municipal banks currently exist. The national budget is comprised of the national budget, the budget of the Karakalpak Republic and local budgets. The national budget consolidates national funds earmarked for specific purposes. The draft Law on the Budgetary System is under discussion and there is no special law on local public finances. Thus: the distribution function provides education budgetary funds (budget revenues); redistribution – use budgetary funds (budget expenditures); control - creating conditions to monitor the receipt of funds to the budget and their use. From the radical economic reforms in the period of transition to a market economy, through the creation of the ultimate objectives of the economic system based on market mechanisms to achieve sustainable economic growth. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: This research paper explains the concept of quality of work life (QWL) and Job stress, it examines various studies on stress management as a component of QWL and studies on various factors affecting the level of job stress of employees working in various sectors in India and Abroad. It aims to ascertain the factors affecting the stress management of employees of PSPCL. The results show that there are two major factors affecting stress management in PSPCL namely relations at work and volume of work. The future research in this area should focus on analysis of employee ratings of these two factors among genders, employee categories, job nature and educational backgrounds to ascertain the difference in job stress level among these groups as it has not been explored so far. Randall and Elizabeth (1994) have explained the concept of job stress as the interaction of work conditions with the characteristics of the worker such that the demands of the work exceed the ability of the worker to cope with them.

______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

Education is not only learning, but also it is exercise and development of mental facilities. In common parlance by education we understand a school education. In the ancient times, by education was meant self-realization and self-illumination. The Physical education in general, plays a prominent role in all programmes of education as an integral growth of the individual, since its functions cannot be selected by any other part of the school curriculum. It is for this reason that all school authorities have to provide opportunities to develop leadership qualities and facilities for participation in activities that will help pupils to achieve these objective that are valuable in life. The word physical refers to body and indicates bodily characteristics such as strength, speed endurance, flexibility, health, coordination and performance. It generally contrasts the body with the mind. The term education when used in conjunction with physical, refers to a process of education that develops the human body especially fitness and movement skills. In ancient Greek, the individual was imparted education for political, mental, physical & moral aesthetics. The objectives of the study were to find the difference between the mean scores an awareness of art and craft among B.Ed. trainees in their awareness on the basis of gender, board, medium , type of ownership and habitation . The investigator used survey method. The sample constituted of 231 secondary schools in Jharkhand state. The self constructed and validated questionnaire for Physical Education and Sports Facilities for Secondary School was used and the data was analyzed by arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t- test. The findings of the study show that there was a significant difference between the mean scores of secondary school students in their physical education and sports facilities in the school on the basis of medium of instructions, area of habitation and type of ownership of the institutions. KEYWORDS: Self Illumination, Prominent, Coordination, Performance, Habitation.
