• NCRs – New Standard Requirements:
• Policy Statement Wording
• Link risks / opportunities to Significant Aspects and Compliance Obligations
• Internal audits hadn’t covered some management system elements
• Interim Management Review meeting not exactly as standard for inputs
However, the above minor NCs didn’t prevent successful accreditation to the new standard.
