In the new ISO 9001:2015 standard, focus must be directed against four main areas.

- Required resources• Ensure strategies are implemented in the processes• Stakeholder requirement

When using QualiWare to implement ISO 9001:2015, the templates and models below can be used to handle and monitor standard requirements in ISO 9001.

New ISO 9001:2015 Standard is focusing on: Connections between new structure in ISO 9001:2015 and “PLAN–DO–CHECK–ACT”

ISO 9001:2015 requirement can be imported in QLM, without contents.

QLM Templates used for Risk Management:

“Risk object” - “Heat Map and “Control Coverage Model” are used to handle the “Risk Thinking” requirement in ISO 9001:2015

QLM Templates used for Acknowledgement and Strategy / Change Management:

Acknowledgement template, Strategy Model and Governance Workflow can provide and secure process implementation in the organization. It covers the task by pushing (Governance Task List – E-Mails) the changes to the mandatory subscribers.

QLM Templates used for Stakeholder requirement:

Stakeholder, Requirement and Regulation Models describe the requirements from the Stakeholder and secure the connection between Stakeholder requirements and strategy to the processes.

Secure Competence and required resources:Add the specific competence to a person to secure and monitor required resources
