IGS-Corporation is a multi discipline Construction Company, experienced in the Kazakhstan oil & gas industry, has the

necessary licenses to operate in the West Kazakhstan and expert resources and infrastructure, to provide construction services to

support the construction programs on the facilities and the infrastructure of Oil & Gas fields and associated export pipelines.

IGS-Corporation LLC provides services in a “live plant” environment in the following construction disciplines:

•Piping (above and below ground) •Mechanical (Static and Rotating)

•Electrical •Instrumentation

•Insulation, Fire Proofing and Coatings

IGS Corporation LLC is based in Aksay (West Kazakhstan), has a branch in Atyrau / Tengiz.

History – 30 years in Business

1986 - The Company IGS Intergasstroy was established under the

name Kazakhintergasstroy, 1992 - The Company name shortened to IGS (Intergastroy).

1998 - IGS Intergasstroy created IGS-Sicim LLC -Joint Kazakh- Italian Company with Sicim S.p.A. (Italy) with the purpose to participate

in Karachaganak Development Project (Unit 2 and Unit 3) until this Project were completed.

2004 - The Joint Venture was dissolved, the IGS Intergasstroy acquired an IGS-Sicim LLC. (IGS-Sicim – 100% Kazakh company)

2011- IGS-Sicim gradually changed name on IGS-Corporation. IGS today consists of 2 companies: IGS Intergasstroy – Assets management - Offices in Aksai, Industrial Base,

Fabrication Shops/Labs, Project Support (logistics, accomodations, transportations, etc.)
