Needless to add, the growth of Infin has been spurred by the spirit of individuals who work at various levels to keep ahead of the rest, and constantly rise to the challenges that beckon them at the frontiers of Management and Operations. Having mentioned that Infin has grown from being just a negligible entity in comparison to its peers to one of the respected outsourcing/service industry player. In spite of all political and geographical odds, Infin posted a turnover of Rs 1.53 Crores in the financial year 2010-11, which testifies growth of 15% as against in the financial year 2009-10 and a growth of 3000% against the financial year 2008-09. Given the political instability in the state for last 3 years in succession, in addition to the financial recession during the times when Infin was just budding out, it is an achievement to carry on with the business and make more than 150 odd staff personnel earn their livelihood from different verticals of the company. Owing to its mission, Infin secured tie ups with companies like M/s Karvy Stock Broking Limited, M/s Karvy Comtrade Limited, M/s Karvy Data Management and Services Limited, M/s MetLife India Insurance Company Limited, M/s Tata Teleservices Limited, M/s Dishnet Wireless Limited (Aircel) for running and Managing some processes. Infin has delivered and created a name around in the outsourcing market making companies with whom we already have tied up to increase the circumference of business with Infin and many more companies are approaching day in and day out for getting their processes efficiently and cost effectively managed through an associate like Infin Solutions (P) Limited. Infin diversified into Hospitality and Tourism Sector last year by entering into an agreement with a local Hotel owner at Pahalgam who leased out his hotel under the name and style of M/s Fifth Season to M/s Infin Solutions (P) Limited for a period of 6 years Efficiency of processes has earned Infin ISO 9001-2008 certification and the kind of activities we undertake, Infin has been registered under Micro and Small Scale Industry in J&K.

Management Zahoor Hassan Mir (Chief Executive Officer &

Executive Director) An MBA (Marketing and Finance) with 13 years of proven entrepreneurial experience in IT and telecom sector as a partner in one or the valley’s leading IT company KS Enterprises. KS Enterprises is Channel Partner to Xerox India Ltd, HP Sales India (P) Limited, Dishnet Wireless Limited and HCL Infosystems Limited in the valley. He was instrumental in giving a flip to the sales turnover of the company from mere Rs 15.00 Lacs (Rupees Fifteen Lacs) a year to Rs 15.00 Crore (Rupees Fifteen Crore) annually.

A science graduate with more than 11 years of industry experience, served as Assistant Vice President and Branch Head, YES Bank Limited, Dy. Manager, HDFC Bank Limited, Dy. For Infin every process it owns is professionally taken under a vertical signifying the presence of following verticals in the organization as of now.

Each vertical is being taken care of by a Vertical Head trained and experienced to run the vertical as a solo entrepreneurial venture and for each process in the vertical there is a process owner called as Process Head, once again running the show as a solo entrepreneurial venture, signifying the below organizational structure. Each process is run by executives under the process owner and as of now Infin has staff strength of nearly 275 odd executives who are directly on Infin rolls or work for Infin on commission basis.

Key strength of the company lies in the state of art infrastructure and the qualified, skilled, trained and experienced Human Resource it has across J&K and exemplary potential of increasing the numbers at very short notices.
