In this 16 hour course you will focus on auditing techniques to perform effective internal audits against the new standard, allowing you to ensure your internal audits are productive.

All participants will experience hands-on exercises about how to conduct process-based audits by performing sample audits or actual process-based audits conducted using your company’s quality manual.

IMPORTANT: Don't forget to bring your Quality Manual and a copy of your standard. They will be referenced during class.

Cost Per Participant, Per Course$360.00 per person for each course. WCOMC Members receive a 10% discount.

• All prices listed are per person and includetraining materials (if applicable), lightrefreshments and a catered lunch.

• All seminars are subject to cancellation ifminimum enrollment is not met.

• Credit cards are not processed until justbefore the listed seminar start date.

Refund, Invoicing & Cancellation Policies• A participant may withdraw from a workshop up to 3

days prior to workshop start date. A $15 processingfee will be charged from refund.

• A participant cancellation within 3 days of theworkshop will be charged 50% of the fee paid forcancellation and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

• No refunds are issued for no-shows.Substitutions are welcome.

• A full refund will be issued if a course cancels.

• A $25 late payment charge will be imposed for non-payment of an invoice within the payment termsgiven on the invoice. Typical payment terms are net30 days.
