The Chef Onno Holling is 40 years of age and is originally from Germany, where he completed his Chef training. He now resides in the Central Coast. Onno has 25 years of experience as a Chef and has worked in many five star international establishments around the world. His specialty has been in the function/banquet sector and he provides an enormous amount of professional expertise in this area.
