As ISG continues to m a k e s u c c e s s f u l strides in Project Financing in Africa, we have discovered that though most of the Projects submitted by proven African Project

Promoters to ISG for funding met our General Investment Criteria; which states that – the Investment sum sought for the Project must be equivalent to $10 million minimum or more; the Internal Rate of Return percentage (IRR%) must be at least 30% or more; and there must be a strong and experience management in place to manage the Project, but t h e P r o m o t e r s o r C o m p a n i e s s e e k i n g f i n a n c i n g f o r t h e i r Projects often fail to meet the minimum requirement of 20% Equity stake in the Project required by Private Equity Fund Managers before they can invest into such projects.

1. The Management Team of the Promoter must have sufficient experience to get the job done, if not ISG will reconstitute the Management Team.

2. There must be a clear business plan. ISG will assist the promoter with a clear Business Plan attuned to the Investment Criteria of the Financier.

3. ISG supports the Promoter to make Financial Projections for the first five years.

4. If there is not enough equity in the Company, ISG will introduce Private Investors to the promoter who will invest in the project of the promoter and will also be co- shareholder in the company.

ISG in partnership with the Financial Institutions in Africa is linking up with wealthy owners of under-utilized funds within the

structures of most African Financial Institutions to raise a pool of Private Investors ready to invest in certified viable and profitable Projects in Africa.

This mutually beneficial partnership allows the Financial Institutions to introduce to ISG capable and willing wealthy individuals or organization ready to take up shares in the projects being serviced by ISG and help increase the minimum E q u i t y p e r c e n t a g e required of the Promoter or the company to the acceptable level.

This Partnership is guided by an Introducer / Executor Contract and a Non Disclosure and Non Circumvention Agreement between ISG and the participating Financial Institution.
