On September 12, 2015, all the engineering data of non-IFS contracts that are still in fulfillment in the old system will

be migrated to the new system (formal databank). Since then, the data in old system will be only used for query and all

the editing operations should be done in the new system.

On September 19, 2015, the remaining engineering data of non-IFS contracts that have completed fulfillment will be

migrated to the new system (archiving databank).

All the contracts with contract No. starting with 00M, 00T, 00E, EMS, HWCS, 0TH, BRA, 005, 0TA, FA0,

BRL, 00Z, 00H, 0TP, HMN or 00P that have been specially processed will be archived. The ones that have

not been specially processed will not be archived.

Archiving Scope of Non-IFS Contracts

(1) Archiving scope of stock contracts

Contracts that have completed FAC

Contract status is “PAC” and its engineering flag “Need FAC or not” is “No”. (If the contract status is

“PAC” and any of its engineering flag “Need FAC or not” is “Yes”, the contract will not be archived.)

(2) Archiving scope of overseas non-IFS contracts

Note: After the non-IFS contracts within archiving scope are migrated to the archiving databank in the new system, only

query function is provided in the archiving databank. To edit the engineering progress, it should be done in the formal

databank. Other non-IFS contracts out of the archiving scope, i.e. the contracts still in fulfillment, will all be migrated to

the formal databank and continued to be fulfilled.

(3)Archiving scope of non-IFS contracts of China Region

FAC has been completed for the engineering under the contract, and in its corresponding PO: issued

quantity=received quantity + cancelled quantity (acceptance has all completed for the PO)

Contract status is “PAC”, its engineering flag “Need FAC or not” is “No”, and in the corresponding PO of the

engineering under the contract: issued quantity=received quantity + cancelled quantity (acceptance has all

completed for the PO)

The contracts of Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) and TD Tech (000841-000847) which have been specially

processed will be archived. If the POs have been specially processed but the contract items are not complete yet

or if the POs have not been specially processed, the contracts will not be archived (added on August 19, 2015).

1. It will only be used as the reference of engineering

acceptance. Plan deviation rate and work completion rate, etc.

will not be taken as performance appraisal metrics. Therefore,

Set up Approval Status as Waiting For Approval.

Click “Search”.

Tick off the login accounts that need to be approved.

After the accounts are approved, the privileges become valid immediately and the applicants will receive an email notification.

If the application is not approved, the privileges cannot be used.

Input search conditions such as Contract No. and Offset Loan Contract No., or input other search conditions in “Advanced Search”.

Open Web UI homepage. Click “Engineering Progress & Quality”. Select “Engineering Progress & Document Input”. Click an

engineering and go to the detail page and then click “Edit Order Progress”.

Select “Order Status” to filter order data scope.

Select in batches the orders that need maintaining the progress date

Input the order progress date, with each date can be input only once (Note: the input rules are the same as those of the old system)

Click “Save” and the selected order progress date will be updated based on the input date.

1) Goods arrival date will be transferred from APA. Before this is realized, the date can be manually input. After this is realized, the date from APA will prevail. 2) Only actual progress date needs to be maintained for the order progress date and plan date will not be needed.

About the verification: When engineering document waits

for approval, the document of the same type cannot be

uploaded again. After the document passes or fails in the

approval, the document of the same type can be
