Directors’ Club Dubai Case Study

Tower Rotana Hotel Dubai: 12th of November 2014.

Objective: Provide a professional, private and relaxed atmosphere for the Middle East’s key sports administration decision makers

to meet and discuss business.

Result: Following the success of the first edition of the Directors’ Club Dubai earlier in the year, this edition brought together over 60

of the region’s leading decision makers to discuss and develop business in the Middle East. Two of the main topics were “How to

drive business in the Middle East through sport” and “Building sustainable sports events in the region”.

The event proved to be another success story full of innovative discussions, debates and networking. Our partners, community and

speakers all requested to have future editions of the event to be held in Dubai and we are please to announce that we plan to hold

two Directors’ Club in the Middle East during 2015.

Stadium Masterclass Case Study

Emirates Stadium London: 7th of October 2014.

Objective: Provide the invitation only audience of 50 iSportconnect Members with expert information, advice, workshops and

networking opportunities on the future trends of the sports hospitality industry.

Result: Delivered in partnership with iSportconnect partner Populous, the audience was fully engaged and gained new knowledge

on the future of the sports hospitality industry. After the event, the audience shared their appreciation with iSportconnect on how

useful the event was for them and that they would be passing on some of the ideas to their colleagues.

Result: Through the iSportconnect partnership the Clipper Race brand, sport and races received substantial exposure to the

iSportconnect Community. This led to a large amount of interest being shared through our digital ecosystem, which generated

business development opportunities and a number of deals being signed by Clipper Race and iSportconnect members. As a result

of the successful first year of the partnership, Clipper Race renewed its partnership with iSportconnect for 2015.
