I think a knowledge worker is someone who:- Applies knowledge and skills effectively

- An innovator - Hard worker

- Never satisfied with the status quo- Effectively utilizes ideas and contacts- Analytic reasoning and problem solving

Fuzzy Goals

When I started this class, all I wanted was a new job, preferably in Human Resources as a trainer.

Talent Inventory – Step One

Based on the book “Now, discover your strengths” and the Strength Finder Gallop Assessment, I learned that my five main strengths are:- Input: Inquisitive, collector and interested in many things

- Learner: Love to learn and enjoy the process of learning more than the outcome.

- Intellection: Introspective and likes to think (with or without focus)- Strategic: See patterns in clutter to select the best

strategy- Context: Look to the past to understand the future
