IRRIGATION SYSTEM CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETIONThis certificate of completion must be presented to the Irrigation Inspector prior to the issuance of a final inspection. This certificate will be kept as a part of the inspection records for this project. The Licensed Irrigator must sign date and seal with his/her irrigator seal issued by the Texas Commission Environmental Quality in accordance with Title 30, Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 344, Section 344.43.
