The top of the page displays all the menu options available in IRMN
Main
The Main page is the first that will appear when you enter the website.
Item Information•The Item Informationwindow appears whenever you click on a the blue circle with the white “I” in any of the following screens:
•Part Inquiry•Order•History & Claims•Quotes•Cross Reference•Research•Search•Promotional
•The Item Information window is divided into three areas:
•Specifications, which displays the specifications of the item

•Image, which displays a picture of the item, if available

•Warehouse, which shows all available warehouses and allows you to check price and availability in each warehouse.

Part Inquiry•Enter the Item Number of the part you wish to look up

•Enter the Quantity you want in the Qtyfield

•Enter any reference you wish in the Reference field, such as a bin number in your warehouse, a purchase order number, lift number, etc.

•Clicking the add to Part Inquiry button will add the product to the list and display information on that part

•Selecting the Check Any Warehouses will cause IRMN to check all warehouses for items that you have entered.
Part Inquiry•Selecting the Multi Input button allows you to put in multiple part numbers for look up without checking availability quickly.

•Clicking on the line number in the table either selects or deselects the item. After doing this, you can add or remove the selected item(s) to baskets.
•By clicking on the pound sign at the top left you can select the entire list in order to move or delete.

•Clicking on any Item Number in the table will open the Cross Referencepage for that item.

•Once you add a new basket it will show in your basket’s specifications to the right.
•By choosing the Basket, you can choose to Copy or Move selected items to the newly selected basket.

Shipping InformationPage:
•Make sure you enter a PO#.
•Choose the method of shipment.
•Select your ship to address or type it in and then click on Add This Address to the IRMN Address Book. •Once everything is filled out, Hit Submit/Update.

You can also add, update or delete ship to addresses from the Address Tab.

Update ShippingButton: Selecting this button brings up the Shipping Information Page where you can update your shipping information and what carriers you wish to use.

Clicking the Review & Commit button will open the Order Confirmationpage, where you can verify the shipping address, shipping method, and ordered items.
Order•Order page allows the capability to create an order or view existing orders
•Create Basket Type:
•Choose the type of basket you want to create from the drop down list. You can choose Daily or Weekly.
•Daily Basket: This means your basket order will place daily.
•Weekly Basket: This means your basket order will place weekly.
Choose Desired Access:
•You can choose from Individual or Group.
•Individual Basket: This means that only the person who created the basket has access to add parts to that basket in the future.
•Group Basket: This means that anyone who has a username and password under your account number can add new items to that basket.

•Create New Basket: When you have selected your basket type, click this button to create the new basket.

• List Of Baskets by Type: IRMN lists all of your baskets in a table. Clicking on one of these baskets will open a Basket Detail list below the baskets

Update ShippingButton: Selecting this button brings up the Shipping Information Page where you can update your shipping information and what carriers you wish to use.

•Make sure you enter a PO#.
•Choose the method of shipment.
•Select your ship to address or type it in and then click on Add This Address to the IRMN Address Book. •Once everything is filled out, Hit Submit/Update.

When all information is correct, click the Confirm and Print button, which will display your order confirmation.

History & ClaimsThe History & Claims page has five tabs:
Back Order, which displays information on all back orders.
Committed Orders, which displays status information on orders that have been committed that day.
Order History, displaysinformation on all orders committedin the past 12 Months.
Create Claim, displays information on orders submitted in the past12 months of order history but displays 7 days automatically .
Claims History,displays information on all orders, claims and return authorizations submitted in the past 6 months.

Clicking on any order on the Create Claim Tab will show a detailed view
To start a claim click the blue claim button, if the button is grey that means a claim has already been submitted for that line

This is an online form you fill out to return any items to SMH. Select a Return Reason, then select a Reason Code and add any necessary comments, then click on the Add Claim button

Add your contact information and add any additional comments, then click on the Submit Claimbutton

Once you click the Submit Claim button, a claim confirmation page will be displayed. The Exit button will return you to the History page.

Is a list of the last 15 Make, Model, and Serial numbers combinations that you have searched in Xpart. At any time on this screen you can choose to show or hide this list. This is accomplished by clicking on the Up or Down double arrow.

To choose your make and model, start by selecting from the drop down list or typing in the text box. The search button will enable when the minimum search criteria has been entered.

To search for a model in Xpart, you can either type or select one of the models listed from the drop down.Depending upon the Make selected, other search boxes will also be available.

SMH has added a new feature for customers that are subscribed to TIS. If you enter a Model, Serial Prefix, and Serial Number of a unit that is not in Xpart and press the Search button a message will display stating that the information entered is not in Xpart. If you press the Research Request link, the information entered will be transferred to the Research Request page.

To select a model from the model list, click the blue text to select row.

To select a optional specifications, click on the blue text to select row.You don’t have to use the Optional Specifications when searching, but this feature will narrow the amount of parts the customer has to search through.

To process selections, click the continue button. Note: The continue button will only enable once a model is selected from the model list.

The Model Breadcrumb tells you what you have selected from the model definition page.Clicking on the blue arrow it will take you back to the model definition page where you can change you selection.

Above the Model Breadcrumb are Helpful Hints that once selected will give you instructions on the topic you have selected. To select click on the blue text for the topic you would like to know more about.

Some models in Xpart only have fast moving items listed. These are called Hot Parts. If the model you have selected only has Hot Parts, those category’s available will be shown.

Models that have all information from the OE parts manual are called Full Catalog Models. This information is shown in a tree view by section determined by the manufacture. All Full Catalog Models also have Hot Parts. Hot Parts are always the first section at the top of the tree.

After you select the section, you will see that there are several pages listed.

After you select the page, you will see what additional information is available. In this case there are two different Steering Gears.

After you select your page, you will see that part numbers will fill up the grid below the tree. In addition, if IRMN has a picture of the part listed in the grid below, a thumb nail view of this part with ref number will show in the box on the right of the tree.

To view the Item Information Window, click or you can click on the thumb nail image the part.

In addition to selecting the Icon, you also have the ability to send multiple part numbers to Part Inquiry at one time.

To do this first click the check box next to the part numbers you would like to check price and availability.
Next at the bottom of the page click on the Submit button next to the drop down that says Part Inquiry.
Once complete a message in green will appear saying how many part numbers were successfully added.
In addition to sending part numbers to Part Inquiry, you can also send part numbers to Quotes and myPicklists.
To do this click the check box next to the part numbers you would like then choose one of the following.
Quotes
At the bottom of the page there is a drop down menu, by default it says Part Inquiry. If you select Quote from the list you have the ability to add part numbers to your lists of Quotes in IRMN. You can add a new quote or select from the list you already have.

If you select Picklist from the list you have the ability to add part numbers to you’re Picklists under the myPicklists tab.

To display additional part level specifications and codes, click the button.

To submit a correction click the button, fill out the Correction Needed section, and press Submit.

To submit a request to the Parts Expert, click and fill out the pop up box.

To jump from Hot Parts to Full Catalog, click the button.

Note: This feature is available to customers who have Full Catalog.
Where Used• Allows a user to search a manufacture for a specific part number.• Button shows after a manufacture has been selected
Keyword• Allows a user to search a truck (model and serial number combination) to see if a word is
used.• Button only shows after a model has been selected

Reference• Allows a user to search for a reference/group number in combination with a truck (model and
serial number combination) • Button only shows when a Clark or Toyota model has been selected
Assembly• Allows a user to search to see if an assembly is listed, and display all parts contained in that
assembly• Button only shows when a Clark model has been selected
Mast• Allows a user to search for a mast, and will display all parts (except table parts) contained in
that mast• Button only shows when a Clark model has been selected

After you sent part numbers to their PickList, you can then view the items under the myPickList Tab that is at the top of the page.
You can add, delete, and move part numbers in their PickList by selecting the check boxes on the left side of the grid, then clicking the corresponding button.
You can also send these part numbers to Part Inquiry or one of their Quotes using the buttons at the bottom of the page.

When the continue button is pressed on Nissan and Toyota models, a message will display, if the serial number entered is outside the range of our information. This is to eliminate problems with customers by-passing the pop up that said “The first known good serial number will be used” and not knowing what this serial number is.

Search
•Clicking the Search button displays the Part Search screen.
•Part number can be searched using the Item number or the Description.
•Enter item number (for ex. SY188) and click Enter, the Search button or the Search Catalogs button.
•To search by description, enter Description and click Enter, the Search button, or the Search Catalogs button.
Quotes•Quotes page allows the capability to create a quote or view existing quotes
•Click the Add New Quote link to activate the Create New Quote controls.
•Type the name you want to use in the Name box.
•When you have named your quote, click this button to create the new quote.
•Quotes List: IRMN lists all of your quotes in a table.
•Clicking on one of these quotes will open the quote details the basket so you can see the contents of the quote.
•The Print Quote button opens the Print Optionspage.
When you click on the Print button at the bottom of the Print Options Page, a new window will open which will allow you to Print or Email your quote. There is an Exit button to leave this window.
