Gianni Versace Biography

Gianni Versace is a famous fashion designer. He was born in 1946 in reggio Calabria, Italy. He

was murder on the 16th July, 1997. In the early year his mother had a tailor shop. His mother

supported her family with her shop income.

Life history:

He learned everything how to make clothing. After learned he designed apparel himself. It was

sold in his mother shop. He got his first chance to show his skills when designing a collection for

Fiori Fiorentini, a Lucca, and Italy based company in 1972. Then in 1974 he worked for the

talian fashion labels de pas De Parisi, Genny,Callaghan, Alma, and then for Complice. This was

the first time he got opportunity to use his name as a brand name fully.

In 1978, Versace opened his first boutique in Milan's Via della Spiga. Still at that time otherlebel sell his product. Soon Versace style became popular .Then boutiques started to spread

across the globe.

Versace added the Instate label to his fashion empire and style in1985. But target not full. The

Versace style has become a trademark of its own. If one seeks to characterize Versace, you can

always point to Giorgio Armani. Versace is everything Armani is not.

He was used to work with striking colors, materials, and cuts. To the point of vulgarity his

collections for men and women are sexy.

When he designing new product he only sketch of his ideas. Then, his assistants transforming

them into wearable garments. Versace enjoyed travelling. When he travelling he gains new idea

to create new product design.

Gianni Versace deathhistory

In 1997, Versace was shot to death in front of his mansion in Miami, Florida. Versace's killer isallegedly a serial killer, who committed suicide in Miami short after Versace's murder. After hisdeath Donatella Versace is the new head of design for Instate and Versus Sport. Donatella also acreative designer of the Versace label. (www.infomat.com)

In 1989, Versace was honored by an exhibition called L'abito per pens are (Clothes for thinking),

which showed in Milan, Paris, London, and New York.

Versace loves his nieces and nephews. Santo's two children, Francesca and Antonio Versace, andtwo Donatella's children, Allegra and Daniel Versace. Donatella's According to a member of the

Gianni Versace Couture is the main line of his companys. Jewelry, watches, fragrances,

cosmetics and home furnishings his company product. His product ranging is so high. Dresses in

this line can cost up to $10,000 each and a man's suit as much as $5,000 or more. Versace Jeans

Couture is a casual informal clothing line, such as high-end denim, and classic Gianni print

shirts. This line is in 56 boutiques and flagship stores. Versace Sport features active wear and

accessories, and the name is often printed on the shirts.
