Welcome to ipage, Ingram’s online inventory and ordering tool. This document will guide you through locating IPS inventory and placing an IPS order. We hope you find this user guide useful.
To use our site, visit ipage.ingramcontent.com. You may be prompted to log in with your ipage user ID and password. If you do not have a user ID and password, you can request these credentials by clicking on the link under “New to ipage?”.
Be sure to bookmark ipage in your internet browser!
v Note: ipage requires the use of pop-‐ups to complete normal functions. Please disable your browser’s pop-‐up blocker, or white-‐list the site.

I. Site Introduction
Once you have logged in, you will land on the Home page of ipage. From here you can search for product (1), or use the links in the menu bar for various actions, such as reviewing orders, or checking invoices under My Account (2).

II. Locate Product & Check Stock
To locate a product, type relevant info into the search bar. Drop-‐down menus help you narrow your search. Using the “Title (Keyword)” option, type a title such as “20/20”. The results page will display matching titles.

To check our stock of a title, mouse-‐over the “Stock Check” button to view what we have “On Hand”:

v Note: Titles that are “On Order” have been ordered from the publisher and are en route. If Ingram has an ETA, a calendar icon will be displayed in the stock window. Mouse-‐over the calendar icon for ETA details.

III. Adding an item to your IPS Cart
Before ordering an IPS title, you can add the title you are viewing to your IPS Cart:
v Note: Do not use the “Add to Quick Order” button. This is for IBC orders only.

… Or you can copy the ISBN/EAN and use the IPS Cart link under “IPS” in the ipage Menu Bar:
v Note: The “View/Edit Cart” link on the Product Detail page will take you to the IPS Cart in the IPS menu.

IV. Place an IPS Order
Once the desired items are in your IPS cart, click either “Order” button on the right-‐side of the Cart page:
v Note: You may see a pop-‐up message stating your Order Profile cannot be applied to IPS orders. Simply click “Continue” and verify the order details on the following page.

After clicking the Order button, you will be able to enter your order information and submit your order on the Order Details page. Be sure to confirm your Order Method (1), Shipping Instructions (2), and Purchase Order Number (3):
v Combine Orders:
You can combine your IPS order with a future IBC order. In your IPS Cart’s Order Details, click “Change” next to Order Method, then enter the code “CO”, then save. The order will combine with your next order from the same warehouse.

Click the Place Order button when you are ready to submit the order:

V. IPS Order Status
To check the status of your orders, including ipage order confirmations and tracking orders, mouse-‐over the Orders menu option and click the “Order Status” link in the IPS section:
v Note: The “Order Status” link in the Ingram section will display IBC order information only.

The Order Status page has links to view order information, such as recently shipped orders (1) or ipage order confirmations (2):
On the IPS Order Status page, you can also use the IPS Order Status Search feature on the right-‐side of the page. This search allows you to find order information for a specific EAN, PO number, etc.

VI. My Account
Your ipage administrator can create additional ipage users for their account. These users can be assigned roles that permit them various levels of access, such as placing orders, viewing invoices, and making payments. These administrators – as well as individual ipage users – can adjust their settings in the My Account menu option:
