IPMS Mobile User Manual (iPhone) v1.0

1. Open the UKMobile App. The UKMobile App may be downloaded free of charge from the Apple Store.

From there, open myUK. You will be prompted to enter your linkblue credentials. Now select the IPMS

Mobile icon.

2. You will now see the IPMS Mobile home screen, where you may access Favorites, Projects, and History.

3. Begin by selecting “Projects”. A full list of projects that you have been assigned to will appear. To find

the project you need, you may also use the “Filter Items” field. As you type, a list of potential matches

will appear.

4. You will now see a list of open tasks associated

with the project you have selected. Simply select

the appropriate task.

5. To find tasks in the list faster, you may use the filter box by typing the first few letters of the task de-

scription.

6. After selecting the desired task, a date field with a selectable calendar will appear to help you make

your selection. Please note that tasks entered directly after this entry will also default to the date select-

ed during this step.

7. Once a date has been selected, scroll down. When you select the Hours or Minutes drop

down menu, a roller wheel selector will appear. Select the appropriate amount of time and

then “Done”.

8. Now select the “Desc:” field and enter a short

description for the task. Remember that there is a

minimum of 10 characters required. Then select

“Save”. Your entry has now been recorded.

9. To review a history of your time entries, select “Go To History” from the Home Screen.

10. Select a date from the calendar to fill in the “From:” date.

11. Scroll to the calendar below and select a date to fill in the “To:” date. Now select the “Refresh” link.

12. You will now see a list of tasks and hours

entered for the date range you selected, as well

as a grand total.

13. To modify a time entry, simply select it from the history summary. Change the appropriate infor-

mation and then select “Update” or even “Delete” if necessary.

14. There may be tasks that you repeatedly use on a regular basis. To create Favorites in IPMS Mobile,

select a project and task as usual. After you have made your selection, select “Make Favorite”. To cancel a

task as a favorite, select “Unfavorite”. Your list of favorites will now be available to you from the Home

Screen.
