GSSO introduction

The GSSO (Global Sourcing Support Office) is a center of excellence that will support the global Ericsson Strategic Sourcing community

It will elevate Strategic Sourcing capability by providing better information for decision making and by executing standardized strategic support activities

The GSSO will not only support a set of agreed activities but also actively seek out new support opportunities and help shape the relevant processes accordingly to drive efficiency and quality
