IPM-AT 2018 Form Filling Instructions

Read the following instructions carefully, before filling the form:

• Use Mouse to move between fields for entry of data instead of using Tab Key.

• Fields marked with asterisk mark (*) are mandatory.

• Candidate has to fill in basic details like Name, Contact No. Email id etc. to receive the User Id and Password.

• Candidate must provide correct Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email Address as these details cannot be changed once the registration is complete.

• Candidate will receive the User Id in the registered email address and Password as SMS on the registered mobile number.

• Candidate can login with the User Id and Password to complete the application for IPM 2018-23 batch.

Kindly Keep the following Docs ready for upload

– Passport Size Photograph • The photograph should not be more than 6 months

• It should be a head and shoulders color photograph & should have a white/ off-white background.

• The dimension of the photograph should be 30mm x 45mm.

• Maximum file size: 80 KB 6. File Formats Supported: Only JPEG, JPG 7.

• You will require the same photograph uploaded here, to be affixed on the admit card on the day of the test.

– Scanned Image of your signature • Maximum file size: 80 KB 6. File Formats Supported: Only JPEG, JPG 7.

– Scanned Image of SSC Mark Sheet

• Maximum 150KB Size, Only PDF files

• Also note, the form once filled cannot be saved. Hence, the student should complete in one sitting
