And if successful, you can prevent others from using your trademark in the corresponding state or geographic area. In this presentation, we will use our perspective as Buc-ee’s counsel to explain why you should be creative when involved in trademark lawsuits by looking to all potential causes of action, including state law trademark causes of action.
