• HISTORY OF THE CORPORATE DEBTOR RAJVIR INDUSTRIES

LTD

• Surya Laxmi cotton mills Ltd (SCML) was established in the year 1962 by

Mr. L N Agarwal. The company established a spinning mill for manufacture

of various varieties of yarn and blended yarn at Pillalamarri road,

Mahabubnagar.

• For efficient management, the company floated a company in the name and

style M/S Rajvir Industries Ltd and as a part of reorganization transferred the

Pillalamarri unit and the Dying plant at Edira to the newly floated company

Rajvir Industries ltd on 1st September 2004, through a scheme of demerger

which was approved by the High court of Andhra Pradesh on 22.03.2005.

• It is registered at Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad. Its authorized share

capital is Rs. 140,000,000 and its paid-up capital is Rs. 134,948,608. It is

listed company on NSE. It is involved in Spinning and Dyeing activities, at

Mahabubnagar and Tandur in Telangana within about 120 kms.


• The Main plant at Mahabubnagar:


• THE MAHABUBNAGAR PLANT

located on Pillalamarri Road (16.759308797180314, 78.00825525318614)


• MAHABUBNAGAR PLANT:

• The unit is located in Ac 35. The Govt allotted Ac 8 opposite the factory site for the

purpose of constructing labour quarters.

• Major machinery blow room, carding, ring and spin frames is from Laxmi Rieter.



• Temples:

• The promoters, ardent Hindu devotees constructed two temples

Lord Venkateswara Lord Shiva.


• Yedira Dyeing Plant: The CD is having a Dyeing plant with a dying capacity of

tons per day, near Mahabubnagar Hyderabad Highway. The plant is established in

Ac 16 @ (16.761525327024426, 78.06461550088534).


• Its dyeing capacity is seven tons of cotton a day, Rajvir's dyehouse offers both fiber as well as cheese dyeing in various lotsizes to suit your requirements. Computer colour matching isperformed by state-of-the-art AGS equipment for all dye lots.With precision versa cheese winders, radio frequency drying andre-winding with electronic clearers and splicers, Rajvir ensuresthe supply of dyed yarn which is knot free and suits high speedknitting and weaving machines. This coupled with a diverserange of vessels meet varying requirements in the lot sizes of1x1, 20x1, 100x1, 200x1, 250x1, 300x4, and 500x1.

• However, based on effluent treatment capability the PCBrestricted the production to 1.5 tons a day.


The unit’s major machinery consists of Dyeing Vessels, Fiber Hydro

Extractor, Yarn Hydro Extractor, Fiber and Yarn Dryer, Cone Winding

Machine, Bale Press, Boiler, Water Softener, Effluent Treatment

Plant, RO Plant, Air Compressor, EOT Cranes, Cooling Tower,

Generator, Electrical Systems and Panel Boards


• Tandur Spinning Plant: The company in 2006 established one more spinning mill at Tandur in Survey No’s: 17, 17/A, 19/A,19/B, 20/A, 20/A/2 & 20/B, Gopanpally Village, Gouthapur, Tandur Mandal, Vikarabad District, Telangana,India. The machinery is imported from Germany.

• The unit is having major machinery like Ring Frame_Suessen Fioamax

E-1 Ring Frame, Reiter Card Chute carding, Uni Lap – Marzoli, Lap

Former, Siemens Humidification plant, Link Coner_Muratta 7- V – II

ATTENTION IS INVITES TO :Apart from the facilities described, the CD owns one commercial space in

SURYA TOWERS Secunderabad and one in Ashoka Chamber Ahmadabad.


• ATTENTION IS INVITES TO :

• The Mahabubnagar spinning Unit for paucity of working capital is

operating at about 10% capacity.

• The Yedira plant was taken over by secured creditors and the Resolution

Professional who took control initiated the process of reviving the

operations.

• The Tandur Plant is not in operations for more than five years.

• About Ac 6 in Yedira plant needs regularization by Govt of Telangana.

• About Ac 8 of Mahabubnagar Plant shall be used for Industrial use only.
