Invitation to the 31st C.I.P.S. Congress 2010

Dear sport friends, particularly sport fishing friends,Ladies and Gentlemen,

For the year 2010, the C.I.P.S. has tried to prove its highest consideration in instructing us to hold its 31st ordinary congress will take place from 21st to 24th April 2010 in our capital Dakar.Obviously, I can only welcome this choice, and express the pride that we invaded to the announcement, and this mainly for 2 reasons:Firstly it is the 1st time the organization of this congress is vested in the African continent, and for that 1st time it is our country, Sénégal, a country of “Teranga” for Excellency, and all the world of sport fishing, which was co-opted But above this great honor this responsibility is also exceptional significa-tion.The 4th April 2010, our country is going to celebrate his 50 years of Independence and we think that this choice is not by hazard, you definitely wanted to reward youth of this country but also our real experience acqui-red in sport fishing. So thinks once again for this choice to the Confaderation Internationale de Pêche Sportive (C.I.P.S.) for this big chance given to us in this occasion. We F.S.P.S. , and I have now to prove to all our guests that this choice is well done. But we can ensure from now that optimal preparation and realization of this 31st C.I.P.S. Congress to enable all participants to feel well during their Stay for a complete success. I wish you a successful 31st C.I.P.S. Congress and I am looking forward to your participation in the “Teranga” country.

Friendly,Abdou Goth DIOUFPrésident de la Fédération Sénégalaise de Pêche Sportive
