Lindsay's-Maiden Mining Operation

Open pit mining commenced at Lindsays in January 2013 and ceased on August 5 2013 .

Three open pits were developed, the largest being Stage 2 which focussed on the Parrot Feathers structure.

Ore was hauled in 170 tonne capacity road trains 72km’s on private haul roads to the Carosue Dam Operation (CDO).

During this period 131,982 tonnes of ore was processed under agreement at CDO for the recovery of 6,153oz of gold.

A lower gold price, challenges associated with mining a flat dipping narrow mineralised structure resulted in a temporary suspension of mining.

Site infrastructure and equipment removed but can be quickly reinstated when a decision to recommence mining is approved.

8

For

Deeper exploration drilling on the key Parrot Feathers structure has highlighted the consistent down dip continuity of the narrow high grade vein.

9

The vein has been evaluated by step out drilling over a 300m strike length demonstrating continuity of the vein some 440m down dip.

For

per

sona

l use

onl

y

Lindsays holds the potential for future underground operations beneath the open pits.

10

The width, grade, continuity and geometry of the Parrot Feathers vein exposed at the base of the stage 2 pit gives confidence in interpreting and future development of the structure.

With a total JORC Resource1 of 5.13Mt @ 1.9

g/t for 317,600oz Au there is an immediate opportunity to reevaluate this to focus on a higher grade component.

Initial assessment of the viability of an

underground operation has been completed to highlight areas for future drilling to confirm grade and continuity of concept stopes.

The Stage 2 open pit provides immediate

access to commence a decline underground operation.

Mt Jewell Field-Opportunity to grow and develop a large low grade resource.

13

Strategic Considerations • Large portfolio of contiguous granted

tenements covering 743km2. • Located 40km north of and easily

accessed from Kalgoorlie. • Application for Mining Lease to cover

resource being processed. • Adjacent to Goldfields Gas pipeline.

• Application for a licence to construct a

Haul road to link Lindsays located 25km to the east in place.

• Proximity to existing gold processing

plants gives options for development. • Emerging targets being identified

proximal and along strike of existing resource.

Mt Jewell – Significant Development potential.

• Two deposits – Tregurtha and Hughes

• Higher tonnage and lower grade than other KalNorth deposits.

• Potential to host a processing plant. The owned infrastructure would substantially lower processing costs and improve Reserves.

• Broad intersections of low grade mineralisation remain open at depth at both deposits.

• Potential for Resource to be much larger than what is currently defined.

• New round of drilling a priority to increase current Resource/Reserve base

Significant extension of Tregurtha resource targetted.

15

Recent RAB drilling has identified a significant mineralised trend 300m to the south of the Tregurtha resource. Drilling penetrated a depleted oxide

zone overlying the granite hosted mineralisation over a 250m strike length The tenor and style of mineralisation

is similar to Tregurtha and suggests potential for an improvement of the system at depth. Notable results include:

24m @ 0.99g/t Au from 28m 12m @3.84/gt Au from 32m Discovery of a new system similar to

Tregurtha or Hughes could enhance the economics of the project.

Kurnalpi Field also prospective for Ni mineralisation.

Tenements on the western margin of the Kurnalpi Field cover a 8km long belt of Komatiite that is prospective for Ni mineralisation.

Ni rights over the ultramafic belt recently ( 18 October 2013) acquired by KalNorth.

Exploration by WMC in the late 1970’s, and by Mt Kersey Mining NL encountered and identified the Grey Dam Ni laterite prospect.

Drilling by Condor Nickel Limited in 2008-2009 resulted in the announcement (ASX:ICG 6 April 2010) of a JORC compliant inferred Ni laterite resource of 14.5Mt @0.7% Ni at a 0.4% Ni cutoff.

Deeper drilling proximal to the Ni laterite resource has intersected narrow intervals of Ni-Cu sulphide at the Komatiite-Dolerite contact, including 2m from 136m @ 1.76%Ni & 0.4%Cu in hole GDRC52.

More recent (2012) downhole and ground EM surveys over the prospect has identified two conductive bodies at depth that could indicate the presence of Ni sulphide accumulations.

EM Targets remain to be drill tested.
