Covid-19 has affected the world in ways that are beyond prognostications

Its effect is largely seen as bearing a short-term impact on the office space demand scenario

Consumer spending on leisure avenues such as F&B, entertainment centers and shopping malls, is project-ed to fall significantly, affecting Retail real estate in the shorter term.
