In evaluating a potential purchase or lease of The Village at Riverstone (Retail Buildings A, B & C) (“Property”) from property ownership (Idaho Retail, LLC and Idaho Retail Building A, LLC) and/or their affiliated entities (“Owner”), you have requested certain information from Owner, its respective officers, employees and representatives on behalf of the Owner. As a condition to your receipt of such information, you agree to treat any information concerning the Property or the Owner (whether prepared by Owner, Advisor, or otherwise) which is furnished to you by or on behalf of Owner (all such material, collectively, the “Property Information”) confidentially and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or to take or refrain from taking certain other actions herein set forth.
