• The National Investment Promotion Agency of Lebanon
• History – Established in 1994 with the aim of promoting Lebanon as a key investment destination and attracting, facilitating &retaining investments in the country
• Governance – IDAL reports to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (which exercises a tutorial authority over it) and has financial and administrative autonomy
• Legislature – Investment Law No. 360 was enacted in 2001 to regulate investment activities in Lebanon
