CE credits will be awarded, the target group is expanded to include

Price and benefits Booth rental remains unchanged at 8,900 Euro
(before tax) for two days, with catering for booth personnel and

Hotel reservations We have reserved a block of accommodations in
multiple Motel One hotels between the 25th and 28th of September.
The nightly rate is between 180 and 190 Euro.

Workshops and talks
Booking for talks and panel discussions in the seminar rooms is
limited. In addition, each exhibitor can apply for a short
presentation slot in a workshop area (max. 15 min., topics have to
be arranged with the DAB). If interested, please communicate your
topic and speaker to your contact (see p. 7).
The cost for a speaking opportunity (plus booth fees) is 2,000
Euro, and 1,500 Euro for a podium discussion (each plus 19% VAT).
The presentation in the workshop area is already included in the
booth package.
The cost of a booth package is 8,900 Euro plus 19% VAT. This
newly includes the opportunity for a short
presentation (max. 15 min.) in the workshop areas. Each
exhibitor can apply for a short presentation free
of charge.
Invoices will be issued immediately after contract completion,
through the agency G.R.A.L GmbH.

“Schottenhamel” festival hall.
As an exhibitor you’ll receive five Oktoberfest
Packages which you can give to your guests,
colleagues and/or booth personnel. For local
transportation, every participant will also receive
a MVG ticket for use on public transportation.
In order to participate in the Oktoberfest visit,
you have to personally be in attendance for the
Investment Congress. As in previous years, we
can still guarantee access to the festival tent
even after 6:00 pm!
