Medicine (penicillin) was one of the first things to help change the world and make it the world we live in today.

Electricity is the second most important because it helps power all the other new inventions like the telephone and a light bulb.

Telephone was invented by alexander gram bell and was one of the biggest invention's ever made it progressed all the way up to now and is now portable.

The light bulb was invented by Thomas Edison in 1879 and has The Centennial Light is a four-watt, hand-blown, carbon-filament, common light bulb manufactured in Shelby, Ohio, by the Shelby Electric in the late 1890s; many just like it still exist and can be found still burning.

The engine was the next step into the new age and it modernized America. Americans no longer traveled on slow moving horses they now used cars and tractors to plow the fields and get around which was more cost efficient and much quicker.

Assembly lines and hennery fords model T were also a big advancement and allowed them to produce and manufacture new family sizes cars at a cheap and family affordable price
