Introduction to UniSim® TutorUniSim® Tutor is a web-based, game-style software that allows users to assess, capture and propagate plant operator knowledge. Trainees are presented challenging operating scenarios and evaluated on their response against pre-defined best practices.

Trainees are presented with several outcomes and asked to identify the correct one by incrementally revealing the behavior of different process elements until an unambiguous outcome is reached.

Students are rewarded for arriving at the correct conclusion in the shortest number of steps while penalizing wrong turns or unnecessary queries:
