The REPLICATE™ System is a new approach to single tooth replacement. It is comprised of three components

The REPLICATE™ Tooth The REPLICATE™ Try-In The REPLICATE™ Temporary Protective Crown

The REPLICATE Tooth is 100% customized, featuring a state of the art-surface and a unique titanium/zirconia hybrid design. The REPLICATE Try-In is used to check the socket before the REPLICATE Tooth is placed. The REPLICATE Temporary Protective Crown is bonded to the adjacent tooth or teeth and provides protection from occlusal forces while the REPLICATE Tooth osseointegrates.

The REPLICATE™ System is patient specific. Each component is fabricated for each individual patient, according to the doctor’s specification. The REPLICATE™ Tooth is designed to fit into the extraction socket and to be placed at the extraction appointment without drilling. A tight fit in the lower portion of the socket provides primary stability.

Seamless trans gingival joint is tightly sealed against bacteria colonization. Validated for lower incisor sample design to withstand 5 million cycles at 450N dynamic load.

Traditional dental implant/abutment interface risks bacteria colonization.

Introduction – Single and Multi-rooted Teeth

7

The REPLICATE System can be used to replace both single and multi-rooted teeth. Each tooth is designed individually and can be completely customized to specific clinical situations.

Examples of this include customizing the depth of the zirconia portion, reducing the height of the furcation point, combining the roots of multi-rooted teeth, eliminating root divergence

and digitally repairing crowns.
