Self Talk: the conscious and subconscious dialog that occurs in your mind.

In other words…Self Talk is What we say to ourselves in our minds

But if you listen closely to your own Self Talk, you may find that most of

what you tell yourself is negative

or unkind.

Self Talk greatly affects your confidence and

emotions which impact your performance.
