This workshop will introduce basic concepts and illustrate an end-to-end RNA-Seq analysis workflow through live tutorials using the Galaxy analytical framework. The workshop will cover:

•  Introduction to Galaxy •  Quality control, read alignment, and expression analysis •  Downstream functional enrichment analysis

No experience using the Galaxy interface or command line required
